Best hotel breakfast around honestly. Breakfast guy was working hard and very polite, shout out to him!! Nice pool and there was always someone mopping and cleaning it smelled amazing in the hallways. Very clean and top notch staff👍🏽

This had to be the best experience at a hotel I’ve ever had. Specifically, I want to shout out Myla, who checked us in, in the evening, and Iris, who worked the breakfast the next morning. Myla took initiative and called up to our room after we arrived to let us know she had extra towels and bed sheets/blankets for the pull out couch bed for our kids. She was very sweet and did her job very well. Best front-desk person ever! Breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had at a hotel and Iris was on top of keeping everything clean and restocked. The kids loved the pool and it was very clean, well-kept, and had relaxing furniture for us adults. Very awesome experience. Sincerely, a family of 6!

My Mom and I were looking for a nice place to stay while my Dad was recovering in Toledo hospital. When I called I got redirected to a sub company called "room77" I believe. They said they were booking the room for me. Well apparently it didn't go through because they took the money out of my account then deposited it back into my account 3 times. I was freaking out and called my bank and froze my card because I didn't know what was happening! So after leaving the hospital, we drove over to this location and were greeted by one of the sweetest, nicest women I've ever met in my life! I believe her name was Miya, forgive me if I'm wrong! We talked a little bit about what happened and she couldn't find me in the system. She was very apologetic about the whole issue and booked us a very nice room and gave us a discount. She then apologized again and gave us a free bottle of water!! The room was beautiful and the beds were super comfy! Not to mention the very nice complimentary breakfast the next morning! Even though it started out very difficult, I'm very happy we chose this location.

Room was clean and modern, food was good, but Landress was incredible. She gave us great recommendations and even got us a coupon for a free appetizer. It felt like my grandma was sitting down at the front desk. That woman deserves a raise. She made the stay better

comfortable, clean and spacious rooms; arrived late and left early but had a restful experience. thank you! easy access form the highway. rooms were exactly as expected. felt safe during my stay. plenty of pillows and bathroom linens

Great clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Loved the window treatment. Comfy bed with great pillows and covers. Quiet hallway. Liked the shampoo, soap set up. No throwing small bottles in the trash.

Very new hotel built in 2016. I stayed only 1 night but I enjoyed the stay. The rooms were fairly clean, other than a stain on the carpet. The breakfast was very good and enjoyable. The fitness center and pool were also nice. The elevators smelled kinda weird but other than that, very nice and kept up hotel, also keeping in mind it’s only 8 years old.
